Massage Therapist (m/f/d)

• Ensuring individual and professional massages as per the Chenot method, considering our internal policies, standards and procedures as well as the guest needs
• Performing all treatments as per our massage service menu
• Maintaining an internal communication flow with other health care professionals of the Spa/Medical team
• Consistently keeping the highest level of product knowledge and having complete knowledge of all spa service and cosmetic products presently offered
• Understanding of ingredients and compositions in products and being able to explain their benefits to guests
• Suggesting other beneficial treatments offered in the spa to guests, according to guidelines provided during training
• Ensuring cleanliness in the work area
• Updating and maintaining guest profile notes with preferences

• Experience as massage/body work therapist with previous experience in hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels
• Open and persistent personality who wants to develop further by learning the Chenot massage technique (working on the meridians with hands and cupping method) - the group training at the beginning will last 4-5 weeks
• Kind, positive and empathic personality being able to build a professional connection with guest
• Ability to listen and understand guest needs considering their medical histories, problems with stress or pain and determine how the massage will be most helpful
• Talent for organisation, efficiency and time management: Ability to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
