Your tasks
- Deliver high-quality treatments while strictly adhering to spa protocols and standards
- Ensure a positive and motivating work atmosphere by fostering collaboration and maintaining a professional attitude
- Provide expert post-treatment advice and confidently recommend suitable products to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure efficient communication and responsive service to meet guest needs
- Contribute to the overall success of the spa by consistently delivering exceptional service and maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Your profile
- Possess an EU-recognized certification in beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and classic full-body massages
- Proven sales skills with the ability to confidently upsell treatments and products
- At least 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in the luxury hotel industry
- Previous experience in a similar role with documented success in meeting or exceeding expectations
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a valuable asset
